We also record the page the form was sent from and, where present, campaign parameters (for example utm_source) so we know how you found us. Our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, confirm availability, verify rental requirements (license and insurance), arrange delivery, process your rental and provide customer service. With your permission we may contact you about future rentals and offers. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our website host (Netlify), email and phone providers, payment processors and insurers or authorities where required by law or to protect our vehicles and customers.
