Booking
How do I book a rental?
Choose your car and dates online and send a reservation request — or call (331) 300-5820. A Valenci specialist confirms availability, your insurance and payment, typically within the hour.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend rentals. Same-day bookings may be available — call to check.
Can I book for multiple days?
Yes — we offer daily, weekly and monthly rates, with discounted pricing on longer rentals.
Is my online request a confirmed booking?
Your request holds your place in line. It becomes a confirmed reservation once our team has verified availability, your license and insurance, and payment.
Requirements
How old do I need to be to rent?
Drivers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. It varies by vehicle — $1,500, $2,000 or $3,000 — and is listed on every car’s page.
Insurance
Do you provide insurance?
No — Valenci Supercars does not provide insurance on our vehicles. All renters must carry their own full-coverage auto insurance policy that extends to the rental vehicle, verified before pickup.
What insurance do I need?
A full-coverage auto policy that extends to the rental vehicle, including liability and collision. We’ll ask to see proof before handing over the keys.
Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes — 24/7 complimentary delivery throughout Chicago and Tampa, including airports, hotels and private residences.
What areas do you deliver to?
Chicago: the Loop, Gold Coast, River North, Streeterville, West Loop, Lincoln Park, O’Hare, Midway and suburbs including Evanston, Oak Brook, Naperville and Schaumburg. Tampa Bay: downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Ybor City, Westshore, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, TPA and PIE, plus Brandon, Lakeland, Sarasota and Naples.
Is roadside assistance included?
Yes — 24/7 roadside assistance is included with every rental.
Pricing
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your daily rate includes the vehicle and delivery. The only additional amount is the refundable security deposit — insurance is arranged separately by the renter.
